At Amazon Italia Transport, I lead outbound sortation operations for around 120 associates and three Team Leads, managing daily flow, workforce planning, KPI performance, disruptions, and cross-functional coordination. I designed and tested alternative workflow configurations that improved process productivity by approximately 10%.
I've progressed through Amazon from Sortation Associate to Operations Supervisor, Interim Shift Manager, and Area Manager.
