I’m an Associate Consultant focused on Infra & Application Technical Support, bridging application delivery with always-on reliability for production banking systems. I administer comprehensive infrastructure and application support across multiple clients, aligning work to SLA targets.
I ensure 24/7 uptime for mission-critical Internet Banking and Mobile Banking frontend and backend systems. I handle ITSM tickets (Incident/Work Orders) in tools like ServiceNow and JIRA, while monitoring infra activity using AppDynamics and Datadog to proactively prevent service impact.
I automate operational workflows with Jenkins—creating automated jobs that reduce manual intervention for tasks like starting/stopping/restarting services, artifact build/deployments, and database-related Liquibase scripts. I also manage patching and monthly OS patch cycles, perform Level-1 infra sanity checks, and coordinate full application sanity validations with application teams.
I strengthen security and compliance by working with the ISG team on Archer-generated quarterly vulnerability reports and implementing security best practices. I also support infrastructure upgrades (e.g., JBOSS, Apache Tomcat), certificate tracking/renewals, and periodic database refreshes using SQL across Oracle and MySQL environments.
