I’m a commercially minded BCom Economics & Econometrics student and a data-driven operations professional who translates insights into clear, actionable outputs. I bring a quantitative mindset—backed by strong mathematics results—and a growing, self-directed commitment to design tools, visual communication, and award-winning narrative work.

In my Administrative Assistant role at Zeliant Business Services, I designed and maintained Excel-based attendance, payroll, and leave monitoring dashboards. I transformed raw HR data into clean visual reports for leadership resource decisions, and I produced weekly internal reporting under recurring deadlines while strengthening my eye for layout, hierarchy, and information design.

I also supported operational clarity through brand-consistent document formatting across internal communications, and I handled confidential payroll and HR records in line with internal privacy and data-handling procedures. In parallel, I improved cross-department communication workflows to raise operational efficiency and turnaround times.

As a Sales Associate in Client Operations, I built an Excel-based client tracking and reporting system with charts and color-coded KPI indicators to communicate purchasing behavior trends—directly improving repeat sales. I created client-facing collateral and internal sales materials with a focus on clarity and engagement, and I trained junior staff by producing visual onboarding guides that reduced induction time and improved consistency.

Now I’m eager to channel analytical rigour and strong aesthetic sensibility into brand and marketing design at SafetyWing, supporting the mission to build a borderless global social safety net—especially in a remote-first environment.
