At KT PRO, I handled administrative files and personnel records during my end-of-studies internship in the textile and export industry.

I updated HR data and tracked attendance in Excel, and recorded and followed up on customer orders.

I also checked products, documents, and packages before shipment, then filed and archived administrative documents.

At MABROUK TOUR, I observed customer reception and communication, reservation follow-up, and the administrative and commercial work of a travel agency. I hold a degree in Economics and International Trade, Spanish track, and have completed training in professional communication in French.
