I’m a Software QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience executing comprehensive test strategies across web, iOS, and Android. I plan and run functional, regression, integration, smoke, UAT, and exploratory testing to ensure releases meet business expectations.

I write and maintain structured test cases with clear preconditions, steps, expected results, and severity classification—building a 10,000+ test case library aligned to user stories and requirements. I validate transactional and financial integrity using SQL and NoSQL, including MongoDB Compass checks across order, payments, discounts, and settlement logic.

I strengthen quality through API testing with Postman (REST endpoints, edge cases, and data integrity) and performance testing with JMeter to benchmark responsiveness under load. I document defects with full reproduction steps and root cause analysis, then collaborate with backend developers to drive resolution across all platforms.

I also support the SDLC by reviewing requirements for validity, feasibility, and testability, flagging ambiguities early to reduce rework. In Agile environments, I communicate risks and release readiness clearly and mentor junior QA engineers on testing approaches and documentation standards.
