As a Software Quality Assurance Tester, I ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile matchmaking application on Android and iOS. My role involves automated testing, API testing with Postman, and managing user-reported issues via Zoho.

In my role as a Quality Assurance Analyst, I performed various testing methodologies including smoke, functional, and integration testing. I utilized tools like Jira for bug tracking and Postman for API testing, while also managing test cases in TestRail.

As a Technical Support representative, I maintained a professional attitude while responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints through various communication channels.

In my role as a Senior Customer Service Representative, I handled customer inquiries, processed orders, and resolved complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain goodwill.

Currently pursuing a Master Degree in Finance and Financial Institutions at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Business Administration and Finance.
