What I'm looking for

I seek senior project/program management roles (PMO, planner/scheduler) in semiconductor or related industries, with cross-functional teams and opportunities for global assignments.

I am an R&D Package Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer with 14+ years of experience managing complex semiconductor projects from concept to mass production. I lead cross-functional, cross-border teams, drive NPI and plant-transfer programs, and deliver projects on scope, time, cost, and quality.

At Nexperia I managed end-to-end R&D project lifecycles, accelerated timelines after reliability setbacks, and oversaw investments and process changes to achieve successful package releases. Prior roles at Infineon and Renesas involved global change management, production transfers, and launching multiple package types into mass production.

I am proactive, detail-oriented and communication-focused, with proven strengths in risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and improving production yields and capacity.
