I’m a licensed physician and healthcare professional who delivers detail-oriented support through accurate medical documentation, confidentiality, and clear clinical communication. My background blends clinical care with structured coordination—reviewing medical records and health assessments, summarizing findings, and preparing official health documentation for continuity of care.

I also bring hands-on experience from multi-specialty clinical rotations, including patient history taking, physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, ward rounds, and clinical documentation in ER, ward, and OPD settings.
