I’m a detail-oriented data entry clerk with 3+ years of experience and a strong customer service mindset, with a total of 10 years in roles that required accuracy, responsiveness, and ownership. I’ve handled customer problems through email and support workflows, and I genuinely love to learn new things.

In my data entry work, I listed products (car’s spare parts) to ebay, amazon and pinnacle, collected and compared data from competitors, and replied to customer emails. I also led a small team as a Store Supervisor—monitoring performance, encouraging staff, achieving monthly sales, checking and repairing displays, hiring and training new staff, and doing store administration. Previously at Lazada Group, I managed partner (seller) issues by phone, email, or sellers’ visit, escalated inquiries to the seller when needed, solved inquiries with other related departments, and ensured orders could proceed within SLA. I’ve also supported store auditing and visual merchandising—auditing money, dinnerware and food stuffs, analyzing audit results, creating display concepts, empowering crews to maintain display, coordinating stock with purchasing, coordinating marketing activities, and making deals with suppliers for incentive programs.
