I am a detail-oriented Quality Control and Quality Assurance professional with hands-on experience in FMCG food manufacturing and an academic background in Food Technology. I specialize in in-process inspections, sample testing, and accurate analytical data capture within laboratory information management systems.

During my Quality Control internship at a premier FMCG (Kroonstad Mill), I collected and tested production samples, conducted laboratory testing on raw materials and finished products, and issued Certificates of Analysis. I ensured 100% accuracy in quality documentation and eliminated data gaps to provide reliable lab results for stakeholders.

I have a strong working knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and ISO 17025 from experience in an accredited laboratory environment, and I consistently supported corrective actions aligned with GMP, GLP, and OHS standards. I maintain hygiene, PPE, and laboratory safety requirements while supporting audit readiness and the integrity of the Quality Management System.
