At Nivoda, I worked on payment and financial systems for a B2B marketplace processing 20,000+ payments a week across 10+ currencies. I built APIs in Node.js and TypeScript and designed PostgreSQL schemas for financial data.
I built automated reconciliation from scratch, replacing a manual process; a later version handled single payments across multiple invoices and partial payments, automating around 70–80% of reconciliation. I also moved payment processing from the monolith into an event-driven Kafka microservice.
I owned Stripe, Airwallex and NetSuite integrations, including webhooks, retries and multi-currency settlement. At Deutics Global, I developed full-stack production projects and REST APIs, and deployed services on AWS.
