What I'm looking for

I'm available for remote work and have a dual-monitor setup with 32GB RAM and a 100 Mbps connection.

At Pyx Food Products, I support staff with Windows PC setup and troubleshooting, software installation, and remote sessions using AnyDesk and Parsec. I also help staff over phone and video calls and document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

I wrote PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and assisted with network maintenance, contributing to a reported 60% reduction in downtime. I also configured Cloudflare DNS for company web applications.

I created Python automation scripts that contributed to a reported 70% improvement in operational efficiency, and developed the company's e-commerce system in TypeScript.

For AI-assisted development, I set up an Obsidian knowledge graph as persistent memory for an AI coding assistant, then verified its output with CodeRabbit and my own testing. I hold Computer Systems Servicing NC II and am available for remote work.
