What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can support sales and retention through clear product education, handle objections confidently, and maintain accurate records. I want a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow, learn systems, and deliver excellent service.

I’m a customer-focused graduate with a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology & Industrial Psychology) and hands-on experience supporting customer engagement, sales, and retention. I bring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, especially when handling objections and explaining products clearly.

In my recent role as an Instore Training Facilitator (Intern) at The Foschini Group, I promoted and explained products (including jewellery insurance and TFG mobile SIM cards) to both employees and customers. I retained customers by offering suitable solutions, such as six-month interest-free payment plans, while supporting account-related queries with clear, confident communication.

I also made sure everything stayed accurate and compliant. I maintained training and customer records to protect data integrity, supported onboarding and coaching staff on customer engagement and product knowledge, and helped troubleshoot store systems—while assisting customers to open store accounts and guiding them through the new store system.

I’m driven by reliability and performance in fast-paced environments. I enjoy turning product information into practical customer outcomes, and I’m looking to grow in roles where I can strengthen customer relationships, deliver excellent service, and keep improving processes through organization and attention to detail.
