At Likhubula CCAP Child Development Program, supported by Compassion International, I coordinate programme activities reaching more than 223 beneficiaries and vulnerable households. I supervise and mentor six staff members and volunteers, coordinate capacity-building activities, and monitor implementation progress.
I prepare programme reports, beneficiary assessments and financial updates using the Safina Grants Management System, and manage programme budgets. Previously, I conducted assessments, referrals and follow-up for gender-based violence cases and vulnerable households as a Case Management Officer at the Ministry of Gender, Community Development and Social Welfare.
