What I'm looking for

I'm focused on technical test analysis and building my automation skills. I'm available immediately.

At GK Software SE, I investigate, reproduce, and resolve defects in Retail7 point-of-sale plugins, tracing issues across the TypeScript and Vue.js frontend and Java backend to their root cause.

I verify fixes against expected behaviour before release on a production retail platform used by enterprise clients, and share defect findings with a distributed engineering team in South Africa and Germany.

During my work placements at ABSA Group, via WeThinkCode_, I built Java automation tooling for internal banking teams. I also developed and maintained IVR call-flow systems and tested call paths and integrations end to end.

I built and integrated REST APIs and Angular frontends in a regulated banking environment. Coming from software development, I approach test analysis by tracing failures, reviewing code for testability, and writing automated checks; I'm building my Selenium and Cypress automation skills.
