Nkaka Bertrand

At Yes To Africa Safaris, I built a multilingual tourism website with destination and tour information, a trip-planning quiz, and a contact page. I also created a free-call booking flow that confirms appointments, prevents double-booking, notifies the team, and captures leads.

I added a chatbot to answer visitor questions, qualify leads, and direct them to the right person. I also built an internal system for tracking leads, bookings, tour operations, payments, and refunds, along with a tracker for tour costs and profit margins.

For Yes To Africa Safaris, I grew social media accounts from zero followers using a buyer persona and tailored content. I also developed the SEO approach, completed competitor analysis, and built the email marketing system.

At Nkaka Restaurant, I designed flyers and social media content, managed the Google Business Profile, and optimized the menu page for SEO. I monitored performance with Google Analytics and supported brand awareness through Meta ad campaigns. I'm happy to complete a short trial project so a company can see my work first.
