Nivedhitha Parthasarathy

I’m a mobile engineer based in Amsterdam with 6.5 years of professional software experience across React Native, native iOS and backend development.

Most recently I spent 2.5 years as a Senior Software Engineer at Nesh, building React Native and TypeScript apps for telematics and EV fleets on iOS and Android. I built FleetLive, an EV fleet-monitoring app for two-wheeler delivery fleets, from base architecture to production: dashboard, live tracking, trip summaries, vehicle insights, map marker clustering and FCM push notifications. On Montra Electric Driver I migrated the data layer from AWS GraphQL to GCP APIs and upgraded React Native from 0.68.5 to 0.72.5, resolving breaking changes so the app kept shipping on current Android tooling. I also converted class components to functional components with Hooks and TypeScript, shipped features, store releases and hotfixes for the Assetmatics telematics app, and built first-version features for myTVS Drive Plus.

Before that I spent four years at Sensiple: 2.5 years in the R&D team building three iOS prototypes for capital-markets and banking use cases in Swift (UIKit, MVVM), and 1.5 years on C# / ASP.NET middleware for a chatbot product. I also freelanced on an e-commerce iOS app in Swift. That native background means I can work in the iOS layer underneath React Native, not only in JavaScript.

I took a career break in late 2024 to relocate and moved to Amsterdam in May 2025. Since then I’ve kept building: a SwiftUI meal-planning app using Combine and an MVVM-inspired service layer, and my own portfolio site. I’m deepening my SwiftUI skills, learning Node.js to grow toward full-stack, and exploring AI features in mobile apps. I’m also learning Dutch (A1).

I’m looking for a full-time React Native, mobile or iOS role in Amsterdam or elsewhere in the Netherlands, hybrid or remote.
