Since January 2025, I’ve partnered with startups and scaleups as a fractional finance and analytics consultant, helping improve financial performance, analytics maturity, and AI-driven growth strategy.

At Shore, I led fundraising due diligence, payments business case and pricing initiatives, and monetization and retention growth initiatives. Earlier, as Head of Business Intelligence, I built a hybrid, autonomous analytics team and led work to improve customer and financial metrics.

At TIER Mobility, I implemented Amplitude as a self-service analytics tool and built foundational growth analytics data models with Redshift, dbt, and Looker. My work also included developing custom user session logic and supporting fundraising due diligence.
