What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a corporate finance / M&A role where I can run financial due diligence and modelling, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights that support executive decisions and drive successful transactions.

I’m a performance-focused finance professional with 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis, due diligence, budgeting and forecasting advisory, and financial modelling across multiple industries. In my current role as Senior – Transactions & Corporate Finance at EY Parthenon, I support clients with company valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, including complex buy- and sell-side due diligence covering CAPEX, EBITDA, net debt, OPEX, and working capital.

I also lead data-driven assessments of revenue and cost developments—such as churn analysis—and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Previously at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant – M&A Transaction Services, I drafted financial due diligence reports and factbooks for target entities with annual revenue of up to €2.9 billion and helped drive deals with purchase prices of €0.9 billion–€1.4 billion, while developing models and actionable insights for senior management.
