I’m a Quality Engineering executive with nearly 18 years of experience building and transforming QE functions across large-scale, cross-timezone enterprise programs at Publicis Sapient. I’ve led distributed teams of up to 25 engineers, managed QE programmes valued at $2M–$10M, and shipped 12–18 enterprise releases annually supporting products used by 5M–20M users globally.

Unlike QE leaders who grow inside a single product, I’ve embedded quality into dozens of delivery cultures, tech stacks, and client environments—so I can diagnose what’s broken and rebuild it fast. I use executive dashboards, KPI/risk mitigation plans, and quality governance to align engineering, product, and business stakeholders around quality gates and release readiness.

I drive automation and GenAI adoption in testing—scaling coverage from 0% to 80%, reducing testing cycle time by 30–40%, and improving lead time to production by 20–40%. I’ve established Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) and Automation Center of Excellence (ACoE) from scratch (growing the org from 3 to 25 engineers) and improved test creation efficiency by 50–75% using AI-assisted testing (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini). Winner of the AI & Data CoE Global R&R Award 2025, I’m now focused on remote, product-company ownership of quality end-to-end.
