What I'm looking for

I aim to become a certified Contracts & Commercial Management (CCM) professional and to set up a website to share knowledge for a cause I strongly feel about.

At Seven Spikes Group | Al Safa Road Contracting L.L.C., I provide management information and insights for decision-making and manage schedules across complex, inter-related projects. I monitor milestones and planned-versus-actual progress, develop project control tools, and carry out delay analysis for extension of time claims.

I also support financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, and oversee training and onboarding for newly hired planning engineers. Earlier, as a Planning Engineer at Khansaheb Civil Engineering L.L.C., I prepared project programmes and progress reports, analyzed delays, and monitored site progress and productivity.
