What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Digital Transformation roles where technology, execution, and business outcomes come together.

At JetLearn, I coordinate technology initiatives across digital products and internal systems, translating business needs into practical solutions. I work with product, operations, and technology stakeholders to move initiatives from concept through implementation.

At JetLearn, I also own CRM and workflow initiatives, including HubSpot workflows and integrations, and coordinate delivery of parent dashboards, assessment tools, and website improvements. I use ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to support solution discovery and implementation.

At BrightCHAMPS, I planned technology projects and led solution design and delivery across CRM, analytics, automation, and third-party integrations. I designed and implemented process automation and REST API integrations, and built MIS and analytics solutions for reporting and decision-making.

Earlier, at T7E Aftermarket Connect Pvt Ltd., I managed delivery of web and mobile applications, including a loyalty platform for mechanics and aftermarket-service users. At Experience Commerce, I led a team delivering digital projects for brands including Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mohun Bagan Football Club, Mahindra First Choice Services, Capital First, and Britannia.
