What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Business Analyst, Associate Business Analyst, or Associate Consultant role where I can apply structured requirements gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder communication to real business problems.

At Dr. R. B. Patil Multispeciality Hospital, I led a data-driven study of how shift patterns affected employee wellbeing and hospital operations. I surveyed 137 employees across five departments and delivered recommendations on scheduling, fatigue risks, workload distribution, wellness programs, and shift handovers.

To develop my business analysis skills, I’ve created end-to-end case studies covering business cases, strategy analysis, stakeholder mapping, requirements documentation, user stories, and process maps. One project includes an inventory analysis supported by an Excel model with formula-based analytics and dashboards.

I use Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, and have completed IIBA Business Analysis Foundations and consulting job simulations from PwC and BCG. I’m looking for a Business Analyst, Associate Business Analyst, or Associate Consultant opportunity where I can apply requirements gathering and data analysis to real business problems.
