I seek an IT role where I can apply system administration, training and operational-management experience in a stable organization that values practical problem-solving and staff development.

I hold a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering (2011) and completed summer training on RAILNET at North Eastern Railway. I am certified as an Enrollment Agency Supervisor for UID (AADHAAR) and completed the NIELIT Course on Computer Concepts (CCC).

I have over a decade of hands-on experience across IT roles: I worked as an I.T. Expert, served as a Computer Instructor, operated as an IT Admin, and most recently managed hotel operations. These roles gave me practical skills in IT administration, training, operational management and user support.
