At BBNL, I configure and maintain Cisco, TP-Link, D-Link, and Syrotech network devices across more than 20 sites. My work includes VLAN, IP addressing, routing, DHCP, ACL, and firewall configuration, helping reduce configuration errors by 20%.
I monitor network health with Nagios and resolve LAN/WAN and ISP issues, maintaining 99% network uptime. Previously, at Future Businesstech, I provided L1/L2 support for LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and ISP environments and troubleshot issues across client sites.
In my Networkers Home internship, I configured Cisco routers and switches in a lab environment. I’ve also simulated multi-area OSPF with failover testing in GNS3 and built VLAN segmentation and inter-VLAN routing labs in Cisco Packet Tracer.
