What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior Finance Business Partner, FP&A Manager, or Head of Finance role with a global company where I can deliver high-impact financial leadership fully remotely.

At Bajaj Finance, I lead FP&A across a USD 14.5B annual GMV payments portfolio, USD 1.2B co-branded credit card book, and more than 3 million active EMI loan accounts. I've delivered USD 15.6M+ in annualised income uplift and cost savings through fee strategy, cost elimination, cashback optimisation, incentives, and scheme harmonisation.

Previously, I owned budgeting, forecasting, financial control, reporting automation, and strategic decision support at SIS India, and progressed from Assistant Manager–FP&A to Financial Controller at The Oberoi Group. I’ve built and led finance teams of up to nine people, including delivering a 30% cost reduction during COVID-19.

I'm a Chartered Accountant who partners effectively across functions, banks, and time zones, including RBL Bank and DBS Bank. I’m set up to contribute financial leadership remotely across global teams.
