I’m looking to lead engineering teams that become self-functioning—where people feel trusted, own outcomes, and ship with strong technical foundations. I want a role focused on sustainable processes, psychological safety, and continuous improvement through meaningful execution.

I deeply care about people, and I believe building sustainable processes and technical foundations makes everyone’s work life easier and fosters growth and a healthy team dynamic. I’m an engineering leader with about six years leading engineering teams, focused on creating cultures where people feel trusted and take real ownership.

I’ve led teams through significant organizational change while shipping meaningful technical improvements—like moving from bi-weekly releases to continuous delivery—and I’m especially proud of teams that became “self-functioning.” From building foundational infrastructure automation (CI/CD, engineering tooling, and AI guardrails) to guiding microservices growth with Python and Django, I’ve consistently driven high-trust collaboration across hybrid and remote teams while mentoring engineers and developing engineering managers.
