What I'm looking for
I deeply care about people, and I believe building sustainable processes and technical foundations makes everyone’s work life easier and fosters growth and a healthy team dynamic. I’m an engineering leader with about six years leading engineering teams, focused on creating cultures where people feel trusted and take real ownership.
I’ve led teams through significant organizational change while shipping meaningful technical improvements—like moving from bi-weekly releases to continuous delivery—and I’m especially proud of teams that became “self-functioning.” From building foundational infrastructure automation (CI/CD, engineering tooling, and AI guardrails) to guiding microservices growth with Python and Django, I’ve consistently driven high-trust collaboration across hybrid and remote teams while mentoring engineers and developing engineering managers.

Led efforts to eliminate onboarding overhead by empowering a senior engineer to build a cookiecutter Team Culture tool that automates foundational infrastructure (including CI/CD, local containerization, and AI guardrails), enabling a new service in under two minutes. Led a team of 6–9 engineers through significant organizational change while keeping delivery stable and team morale high. Drove continuous delivery by transitioning from bi-weekly releases, and built a self-functioning team where engineers owned service infrastructure (including Terraform) and co-developed QA strategies to distribute testing responsibility.
Directed engineering team restructuring into specialized units and ensured continuity and cohesion during the transition.
