What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue contributing to project controls, cost management, scheduling, and infrastructure program delivery, while expanding my construction cost professional and project management credentials.

I'm supporting the Illinois Tollway PMO's $1.26 billion 2026 capital program through cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, forecasting, budget tracking, and cost reporting.

At the Illinois Tollway GEC, I led multidisciplinary design reviews, technical analysis, standards updates, Bluebeam review workflows, and e-Builder integration to improve document control, reporting, and coordination. I've also provided project controls oversight for the City of Chicago Sewer Rehabilitation Program, monitoring cost, schedule, production, pay applications, quantities, change orders, and contractor performance.
