I’m looking to lead AR/AP and invoice processing in a fast-moving finance team—driving accurate billing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and audit-ready reporting, while improving cash flow and resolving client billing discrepancies quickly.

I’m a dynamic finance professional with proven expertise in accounts receivable and payable management. I focus on invoice processing and vendor management to ensure timely payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a high accuracy rate while consistently meeting deadlines. As a Finance Team Lead, I verify hours from timesheets and client portals and manage the full AR/AP cycle. I bill invoices in QuickBooks, prepare weekly/bi-weekly/monthly client invoices, and record vendor invoices while processing payments on time.
