I’m a results-driven Business Analyst specializing in end-to-end business analysis for the payments domain, with 14+ years of experience. I drive outcomes through BRD/FSD documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and UAT support, translating complex needs into clear functional specifications.

In my current role, I analyze payment domain requirements from an ISO standards perspective and ensure alignment with SWIFT standards, SEPA, and ISO 20022. I collaborate across product, technology, and testing teams—supporting payment gateways and implementations such as MX Payments, SWIFT messaging, and SEPA compliance, including cross-border and treasury operations.
