I’m a results-driven Consultant and Business Analyst with 2+ years at Wipro Technologies, delivering end-to-end BFSI implementations for Lloyds Banking Group. I specialize in requirements documentation and translating complex needs into clear functional designs across global payments and trade finance.

In my projects, I elicited, analysed, and documented business requirements through 30+ structured workshops—authoring BRD, FRD, and FSD artifacts and defining user stories with acceptance criteria. I cover 15+ financial instrument types (LCs, SBLCs, BGs, and Documentary Collections), and I’m proud of achieving zero rework at UAT sign-off.

I also lead gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes, converting requirements into functional specifications and process flow diagrams that align Business, Technology, and Testing teams. Using SWIFT MT (MT700/MT101/MT103) and ISO 20022 (PAIN/PACS/CAMT), I validate routing logic and payment scheme rules, resolving production-impacting incidents across three geographies.

On delivery quality, I plan and execute 100+ test cases per release cycle across SIT, UAT, and production defect testing in Jira—reducing post-release defects by ~20% across 5+ Agile sprints. I maintain full requirement traceability and coordinate change management to meet regulatory, IT risk, and control standards, and I’m currently independently leading requirements documentation, payment flow analysis, and SIT/UAT coordination.
