At Tetra Pak, I lead a 3–5 year global investment portfolio for productivity and quality, connecting capital investments, quality programs, and sustainability initiatives to corporate strategy and business growth.
I build ROI-driven business cases, lead feasibility studies for new production sites, and create roadmaps for operational excellence across international sites. I coordinate R&D, procurement, factories, and technical teams while providing portfolio reporting for senior leadership decisions.
Previously, I developed and deployed prepress and printing technology solutions at Tetra Pak, translating market, cost, and technical needs into specifications and validating solutions through analytical testing. I also led production-process and greenfield-factory work in Vietnam, achieving zero customer claims for a year, 4% factory waste, and project spending within ±2% of plan.
