What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive Lean transformation and data-driven process improvement in industrial environments, improving productivity, quality, capacity, and delivery performance through cross-functional operational excellence work.

I'm improving manufacturing performance at EuroMaint Rail AB by finding operational waste and delivering Lean initiatives projected to generate €30k in annual savings.

I use Value Stream Mapping, PDCA, 5S, KPI analysis, and cross-functional improvement work across Operations, Planning, and Maintenance to strengthen delivery performance and reduce risk.

Previously at Punteados de Precisión Goialde, I redesigned production flow and shop-floor layout to reduce WIP by €100k, cut manufacturing lead time by 5%, and improve First Time Through by 10%.

I've also supported logistics flow at VPO and industrialised a new G-CIBOR switchgear production line at Ormazabal, from process validation and line design through manufacturing readiness.
