At IBM Cloud, I lead an engineering organization supporting Host OS, System Bringup, and etcd-related initiatives. I manage people and delivery across teams, including hiring, onboarding, career development, and resource planning.
I used Python automation to reduce PagerDuty schedule updates from a 3–4 day manual delay to a one-click, near-immediate process, eliminating stale on-call information. I also participate in incident reviews and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
At Dell Technologies, I led quality and release-readiness work for the Data Domain – Data Mobility Program, supporting test strategy, automation, regression coverage, and release validation. I also served as a Product Owner, handling backlog prioritization and requirement clarification.
Earlier, I developed infrastructure and software solutions at Calsoft Pvt Ltd and MSYS Technologies, including a Rules Engine and a Python-based load-testing solution. I also built a local-first financial analytics application and developed an innovation concept that received special recognition in an internal hackathon, with a patent filed.
