What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead analytics, reporting, BI, or automation work where I can improve data quality, digitize manual processes, build reliable reporting, and deliver measurable operational efficiency.

At MTS, I lead the analytics stream for fixed-line sales, including methodology, data quality, federal reporting, and automation. I manage a team of five and support revenue, commission, gross, plan, and budget analysis across products and services.

I previously led reporting automation projects at MTS that saved about 70 hours per month through database extracts, VBA, and PowerShell. I also automated sales-channel payouts into a one-click workflow, reducing calculation time and errors.

My experience spans MTS and Beeline, where I led digitalization initiatives, introduced reporting practices, and partnered with internal customers to improve operational efficiency.
