At “Hater Coffee”, I manage the establishment’s image, service quality, staff and visitor interactions, and procurement control.

I run the company’s Instagram account from content development and editing through publishing, copywriting, client communication, and Google Reviews moderation. I enjoy combining structured processes with creative communication that supports the customer experience.

I completed a Junior Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Kyiv Trade and Economics Professional College, where I received systematic training in organizing and managing hospitality establishments.

I’m open to collaboration or an internship where I can contribute to company development, gain practical skills, and grow across management, administration, travel, design and fashion, logistics, or secretariat work.
