At Kozystay, I managed property onboarding from inspection and assessment through renovation, furnishing, quality checks, and handover. I coordinated contractors, technicians, materials, schedules, and project priorities to keep work aligned with scope and timelines.
I also managed onboarding and offboarding documentation, kept property owners updated, and followed up on inspection findings until properties were ready for guest use. My project experience includes fit-outs and construction across residential properties, including Menara Jakarta Apartemen, Permata Hijau Residence, and Gold Coast Apartement.
