I’m a results-driven Automation Engineer with 12 years of production operations experience in US Healthcare BPO environments, where I consistently maintained 99%+ SLA adherence in high-availability, compliance-driven workflows. I bring hands-on Ansible Automation, Linux/Windows Administration, and CI/CD pipeline engineering to reduce manual effort while strengthening operational reliability.

I build enterprise-ready Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and templates that automate Unix/Linux and Windows platforms with reusable, maintainable artifacts.
