At EY, I deliver change requests for Canara HSBC Life Insurance’s Dynamics 365 CE platform, from requirements analysis and technical design through development, testing, and deployment support.
I develop C# plugins and Custom APIs on Dataverse to implement business logic and data validation. I also build Azure Functions that connect Dynamics 365 with external systems through REST APIs.
At Agilitz Technologies, I customized Dynamics 365 CE for Creative Car Park’s case and asset lifecycle management, and replaced legacy workflows with Power Automate cloud flows.
I also worked on Agilitz Smart Messaging and a hospital operations Model-Driven App, implementing messaging scenarios and business processes. I hold the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification.
