Conducted research across 8+ brands (government, tech, retail, transport) using customer journeys, heuristic analysis, and ecosystem mapping to identify key performance challenges. Designed EY’s employee growth portal with EY-UK team (Nextwave career) by crafting user flows, IA, and interview scripts to inform the UX strategy.

I was a user experience designer, working with a team of 6 designers on retail (Workforce management, Inventory) software experience for Logile.
