At Zorachka, I built procurement and international operations from scratch, connecting 20+ suppliers across engineering, manufacturing, certification, import/export, warehousing, distribution, and reverse logistics. I also replanned production and logistics during COVID disruptions and designed inventory flows for direct sales, Amazon FBA, and Apple-related distribution.

In software at iTechArt Group, I managed scope, budgets, schedules, risks, priorities, stakeholders, and team capacity. I moved a distributed team from Scrum to Kanban, reduced recurring meetings from five to two per week, and improved delivery visibility through redesigned Jira workflows and reporting.

Earlier, I reduced raw-material costs by 14% and logistics spend by 18% while managing production-critical procurement across 300+ suppliers.
