What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a construction-focused role where I can organize projects, coordinate site processes, maintain quality, and apply my technical and economic background while continuing to learn.

I've worked in construction since age 14 and have independently sought out and organized construction projects since age 18.

At PRO EXTERIÉR, I optimized warehouse operations, prepared technical drawings, controlled completed-work quality, developed schedules, and sourced materials. Previously, at MESTSKÝ PODNIK OPRÁV A ÚDRŽBY DAŽĎOVEJ KANALIZÁCIE in Minsk, I supervised construction work and quality.

I hold a BSc in Engineering Economics from BNTU and am currently studying TMS at STU. My technical and economic education, Erasmus+ exchange in Vilnius, and field experience help me find practical, efficient project solutions.

I bring strong organization, reliability, technical-documentation skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
