At GSG Consultants Inc., I lead delivery of capital improvement and transportation infrastructure projects, managing scope, cost, schedule, risk, procurement, and stakeholder coordination. For the Oak Forest Health Campus Demolition Project, I manage contract administration and financial controls, including review of contractor claims, pay applications, change orders, and monthly invoices.
For the Midway International Airport Wayfinding Signage Program, I led delivery of a $10M program involving 70+ signage design packages, coordinating multidisciplinary reviews and compliance with FAA, TSA, ADA, aviation safety, and building code requirements. I also performed BIM coordination and model reviews, helping reduce design clashes by 20% across airport infrastructure projects.
Earlier, at Jacobs Engineering, I supported construction closeout and commissioning for the Rush University Medical Center New Academic Building. My architecture work at Design Studio included preparing drawing packages and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
