Jayetri Barthakur

I’m a motivated life science postgraduate with a creative approach and a strong drive to contribute to dynamic research and analytical work. I’m focused on using my laboratory experience to support accurate, data-driven decision-making.

In my 6-month internship at AVFU PDRC, I performed hands-on molecular diagnostic work including ELISA, DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and gel electrophoresis. I gained exposure to immunological and microbial diagnostic workflows, while developing dependable lab routines with attention to safety and green lab practices.

I bring a detail-oriented mindset across both lab and documentation tasks, with dedication to accuracy through tools like MS Office and advanced MS Excel. I also developed research capabilities through my project on preparing natural floral stains, conducting extensive work for cytological staining comparisons.

I’m eager to join an environment where research quality, safety, and sustainable lab alternatives matter. I want to keep learning, contribute to meaningful outcomes, and apply my analytical and laboratory skills to help teams move faster and decide smarter.
