What I'm looking for

I am seeking an operations or industrial engineering role emphasizing lean manufacturing, process improvement, ERP-driven planning, practical problem solving, and opportunities to grow skills in automation and analytics.

I am an Industrial Engineer who graduated from Süleyman Demirel University with a focus on lean production and process optimization. I bring hands-on experience with ERP and simulation tools and a practical, analytical approach to operations.

During internships and projects I applied lean methodologies, conducted root-cause analyses, and supported 5S and OP-EX initiatives that improved workflow stability and reduced downtime. I used Vega and SAP for inventory and production planning and Arena for process simulation.

I have completed trainings in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma concepts, ERP systems (SAP), and Arena simulation, and I am developing skills in RPA and Excel Macros to automate repetitive tasks and boost efficiency.

I collaborate effectively across teams, enjoy solving operational problems, and seek roles where I can implement continuous improvement, support supply chain excellence, and drive measurable production gains.
