At Aksan Steel Forging, I prepared Standard Operating Procedures for machining disassembly, assembly, and measurement processes, reducing operation times and process variability.
I also managed work orders, waybills, inventory tracking, and production planning in the ERP system. Through Value Stream Mapping, I made production-flow waste visible and identified improvement opportunities.
As a Production Planning Intern at ESKASAN Machinery, I examined how personnel management and capacity planning connected through daily workflows. I also observed quality-control practices and evaluated error-prevention approaches against Standard Operating Procedures.
