Trauma-informed LMFT seeking remote clinical roles with a focus on holistic, client-centered care and the flexibility to practice while living abroad.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) grounded in a holistic approach that explores physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of healing. I graduated with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles in 2020 and hold current LMFT licensure.

My clinical experience spans individual, family, and group therapy across private practice, agency, and school settings, working with clients presenting anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, codependency, and women's issues. I utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT and solution-focused brief therapy alongside mindfulness, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed modalities.

I have provided telehealth and in-person care for adolescents, adults, and children, including victims of domestic violence and trauma, incorporating play therapy, art therapy, and energy/spiritual healing when appropriate. I maintain thorough documentation and adapt interventions with cultural sensitivity.

I create safe, nonjudgmental spaces for clients to process emotion and build coping skills, and I am committed to collaborative, transparent care that supports long-term recovery and personal growth.
