What I'm looking for

I seek trauma-informed clinical roles offering supervised practice, telehealth opportunities, culturally attuned care, creative modalities, and pathways for clinical licensure and growth.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a trauma-informed approach and a strong foundation in creative arts therapy, telehealth, and holistic care.

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Theatre & Dance from UC San Diego, and I apply evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT-informed techniques, mindfulness, and expressive modalities.

Clinically, I provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy, conduct intakes and diagnostic assessments, perform risk assessments, and maintain EHR documentation while participating in weekly supervision to ensure ethical practice.

Outside of clinical work, I founded a wellness and empowerment platform to integrate sustainable fashion, mental health, and art, and create psychoeducational digital content to increase access to culturally attuned mental health resources for diverse and underserved communities.
