I’m a Head of Strategic Transformation and Ecosystems with over 15 years of international experience (Europe/Asia) guiding complex programs of transformation and innovation. I operate at the intersection of business, technology, and creativity to translate strategic vision into scalable, value-oriented initiatives.
I guide complex digital innovation and transformation programs for international clients, connecting strategy, execution, and key stakeholders. I coordinate multidisciplinary ecosystems (tech, product, design) of 100+ professionals distributed globally, building alignment, clarity in decision-making, and effective organizational operating models.
At Thinkalize Global Companies Group, I oversee 50+ end-to-end programs focused on innovation, sustainability, and tangible value creation. I also strengthen operating models in complex, multicultural contexts—improving coordination, quality, and efficiency.
Before this, I shaped operational and strategic delivery at Azzurri Tech Pvt Ltd by improving governance, workflow, and user-centered innovation approaches. I’ve also founded and led strategy at Pensalizza (team-as-a-service) and served as a Board Member at G.L. Srl, combining governance experience with hands-on ecosystem building.
