What I'm looking for
I’m a Community Manager and digital communications specialist with experience in public institutions, supporting citizen engagement through social media interactions, email communications, and responsive community outreach. In my current role with the General Directorate of Citizen Participation and Proximity in Government of the City of Buenos Aires, I manage citizen inquiries, suggestions, and content moderation while coordinating across departments to resolve cases and improve digital communication.
Previously, I strengthened my customer support and administrative foundation through roles as a Digital Communication and Customer Support professional (2023–2024) and as an Administrative Assistant (2024) handling appointment scheduling, patient reception, billing, and cash closing. I’ve also supported onboarding and validated documentation and identity records, and I’m comfortable working with large volumes of information, remote collaboration, and cross-functional communication—always focused on problem-solving, adaptability, and delivering clear, engaging information to the community.
